Apple Store online Diwali offer: Get free AirPods with iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 mini

Update: October 7, 2021 – Apple has started its Diwali offer that offers free AirPods (wired charging case) when you purchase iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 mini from the Apple online store.

Engraving & Gift Wrap
Personalised engraving will be available for free for select products. Engraving of emojis or text in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu will be available for AirPods, and English engraving will be available for iPad and Apple Pencil. You can ship selected Apple products and accessories with a beautifully wrapped gift box and customised card, or a special message on the packing slip.

Earlier: Apple India has announced that it will offer free AirPods (wired charging case) when you purchase iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 mini from the Apple online store starting from October 7th. This is a part of Diwali offer that it is running, so it might run for a few weeks.

Apple offers additional savings when you trade in your old phone, but the exchange value is not good. After the recent price cut, the iPhone 12 mini starts at Rs. 59900 (MRP) and the iPhone 12 starts at Rs. 65900 (MRP). With the free AirPods worth Rs. 14900, the effective price of the phones come down to Rs. 45000 and Rs. 51000, respectively.

This looks like a good deal, but Flipkart’s Big Billion Days teasers hint at around Rs. 50,000 price tag during the sale. We we know only when the offer starts today midnight for Flipkart First users.

Back in July, Apple India offered free Airpods when purchasing select models of the MacBooks, iMacs and iPads, as a part of the Education offer. Will you be buying the iPhone 12 or 12 mini during the sale from Apple online store to claim the Airpod offer, or get it from other online store for a better deal on the phone?
