Xiaomi just launched its new Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition 40″ in India as it had promised. It has a 40-inch Full HD screen with immersive Horizon display with minimal bezels and 93.7% screen to body ratio. It features Vivid Picture Engine (VPE), a set of software and hardware tweaks that ensures accurate screen calibration, deeper contrasts and perfect colour reproduction.
The TV comes with Patch Wall, a UI layer on top of the Android OS that’s based on deep learning AI technology that can curate content based on recommendations from 25 content partners such as Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, and many others. Mi Home App lets users control home AIoT devices. The Mi Quick Wake feature lets you can resume watching your show or movie from where you left off in less than 5 seconds. These come with built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant as well as Data Saver feature.
