Realme to open exclusive experience stores, add 100 more service centres in India soon

In the latest episode of #AskMadhav for the month, the company’s CEO, Madhav Sheth has answered some questions about their offline stores and service centers. When asked about the launch of exclusive realme stores to experience the products before buying, he said that the company is planning to open experience stores in India soon, and they are looking for venues in different cities.

He added that it will not only be a smartphone experience shop, but will be a tech lifestyle experience store to check out other products. When asked about expansion of service centres in the country, he said that realme has over 345 service centres, and it is looking to open 100 more across India very soon.

After realme Fitness Band that has been hinted by the CEO did not arrive at the realme X2 Pro launch this month, now he says that band or smartwatch from realme is not coming really soon, so it is doubtful if we can expect it at the XT 730G launch event in December, where the company will launch its first true wireless earbuds that look like Airpods.

Recently he confirmed that ColorOS 7 Beta will soon be released for realme X2 Pro and realme XT, now he has announced that realme X2 Pro will get the Android 10 update in Q1 2020, even though China roll out is slated for Q2.
