Update: May 20, 2019 – HONOR has announced that the HONOR 20 series will launch on Flipkart. The teaser also shows a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, as rumored earlier, Kirin 980 processor and HONOR SuperCharge technology that offers 50% of charge in 30 minutes. Earlier: HUAWEI’s HONOR brand already announced that it will introduce its flagship HONOR series at an event in London on May 21st and a lot of leaks and rumors are already on the internet. Today, HONOR has confirmed that it will be launching HONOR 20 Series in India on June 11.
HONOR has started sending ‘Save the date’ emails which confirms the launch of HONOR 20 Series in India on June 11, 2019.
A recent leak suggested that the HONOR 20 smartphone might flaunt a 6.26-inch FHD+ screen with a 32-megapixel in-screen camera, 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor along with a 16-megapixel 117-degree ultra-wide sensor as well as two 2-megapixel cameras with f/1.75 aperture and f/2.4 aperture, one for 4cm macro shots and other for depth sensing in portrait shots.
Another leak suggested that the HONOR 20 Pro smartphone might be powered by the Kirin 980 7nm SoC along with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. It is also said to sport an in-display fingerprint scanner.
