WhatsApp for Android beta update brings Settings UI refresh with new icons, better network usage details

WhatsApp beta for Android has been updated to version 2.19.45 that brings new Settings UI after years. This includes new icons for all the settings feature, toggles instead of check boxes, and clearer network usage details with graphs.

In addition to normal usage data, the new network usage page now offers graphical represetnation to easily view amount of data sent or received for Calls, Media, Google Drive, Messages, Status, and Roaming, in addition to the total amount of data sent and received.

The update doesn’t bring any other new features. You can grab the latest  WhatsApp beta v2.19.45 from Google Play or APK Mirror to check out new settings. After iOS, WhatsApp should bring fingerprint authentication to Android and is also said to be working on improving audio picker feature.
