Oppo has launched Oppo R7 Lite and Oppo R7 Plus, new smartphones in the R series today in India. The Oppo R7 Lite has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD AMOLED display, while the Oppo R7 Plus features a 6-inch (1080 x 1920 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display. Mike Wang replaces Tom Lu as OPPO India CEO

OPPO, one of the popular Chinese smartphone makers today announced that it has appointed Mike Wang as its new CEO for India. He will replace Tom Lu, who was CEO since the company’s entry into India last year. He was key to the company’s expansion of their footprint in the Indian market, who now moves on to a bigger role globally, said OPPO. Oppo R5s with 5.2-inch 1080p display, 3GB RAM, 4.85mm slim body announced

Oppo has introduced Oppo R5s, an upgraded version of last year’s Oppo R5 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, compared to 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It has the same 4.85mm thin body, stainless steel micro-arc frame and still requires an USB-to-3.5mm audio adapter. Other specifications include, 5.2-inch 1080p AMOLED screen, Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, Color OS 2.0 based on Android 4.4 (KitKat), 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The N3 is the successor to the OPPO N1. Like the original the N3 also has a rotating camera module but instead of having to rotate it yourself, OPPO have bundled it with a motor that does the job for you. It builds on the same design as well but opts for a smaller screen size. Overall it is based on the same formula but a bit more refined to enhance user experience. Let us take a look at how well the phone performs and whether it is a worthy successor to the OPPO N1.
