Vodafone launches 4G LTE services in Delhi & NCR

Vodafone has launched its 4G LTE services in Delhi and NCR, as it had promised last week, after launching it in Kerala, Mysore and Kolkata. It is based on 1800MHz FDD-LTE band 3, which the company acquired last year. Vodafone said that it is now available in prominent business and residential corridors of Guragon, and the the roll out will be completed in all parts of Delhi & NCR in phased manner. Vodafone offering 4G-ready SIMs in Delhi ahead of 4G roll out

Vodafone has started offering 4G-ready SIM cards in Delhi & NCR region through Vodafone stores, ahead of 4G roll out in the circle. It will be based on 1800MHz FDD-LTE band 3, which the company acquired last year. Back in October last year it promised to roll out 4G services in Delhi/NCR region by December, but it got delayed.
