Samsung Galaxy S10e Review – Compact flagship done right

After launching three smartphones in the ‘S Series’ in 2015, Samsung has been launching only two ‘S Series’ flagships starting with the Galaxy S7 in 2016, but this year the company launched the Galaxy S10e along with the  Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10+. Usually the cheaper version of the flagship phones have downgraded specifications. Even though the Galaxy S10e has a smaller FHD+ screen, capacitive fingerprint scanner and a smaller battery, it retains the powerful SoC, wireless charging along with Wireless PowerShare. Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10e price revealed in India as pre-orders begin

Samsung introduced the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10e smartphones at its San Francisco event yesterday. As expected Samsung Online Shop have started pre-bookings for these phones, and Flipkart, Amazon and other online and offline retailers will begin soon.

Samsung Galaxy S10e with 5.8-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display, 8GB RAM, dual rear cameras announced

Along with the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+smartphones, Samsung also introduced the Galaxy S10e at its San Francisco event, as it had promised. It has a 5.8-inch Full HD+ Flat Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O Display, comes with side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the power button, is powered Snapdragon 855 or  Samsung Exynos 9 Series 9820 SoCs depending on the region, run Android 9.0 (Pie) with OneUI and come with Samsung services like Bixby, Samsung Health, Samsung Pay and Samsung DeX. Samsung Galaxy S10e with 5.8-inch display with in-screen camera, side-mounted fingerprint sensor surfaces in renders [Update: More images]

Update – February 6, 2019: More renders of the phone have surfaced showing the fingerprint sensor on the right side. Live images have also surfaced online revealing the S10e and the punch-hole display.
