Samsung has launched Galaxy On7 Prime, the company’s latest smartphone in India in ‘On series’, as it had promised. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass screen, is powered by Octa-Core Exynos 7870 processor, runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) and has 13-megapixel front and rear cameras. Samsung just sent invites for the launch of Galaxy On7 Prime (SM-G611), the company’s latest smartphone in the On series in India on January 17th. The phone was teased by Amazon.in last month and most of the specifications of the phone were revealed on Amazon last week and it was expected to launch in the second week of January.
Samsung started teasing the launch of new ‘On Series’ smartphone in India last month, exclusively on Amazon India. Now Amazon has revealed that the phone as Galaxy On7 Prime and IANS report says that the phone will be launched this week. It has almost similar specifications as the Galaxy J7 Prime that was launched last back in 2016, but this has a 13-megapixel front camera instead of 8-megapixel camera in he J7 Prime.
