Samsung has announced the ISOCELL HPX, a new 200MP sensor, in China. This follows the June announcement of the ISOCELL HP3 200MP sensor. Samsung showcases the capabilities of its 200MP sensor

Samsung introduced its first 200MP smartphone camera sensor a few months back. Despite the fact that this sensor has yet to appear on a device, the competition appears to have already surpassed it. ETNews reported earlier this month that the development of a better version of the 200MP sensor is nearing completion, and the Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to debut in 2023. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra may feature a 200MP camera sensor

Samsung unveiled its first 200MP smartphone camera sensor towards the end of 2021. Although this sensor hasn’t yet appeared on a device, the competition looks to have already outpaced it. An improved version of the 200MP sensor is nearing completion, as per ETNews, and therefore, will supposedly launch the Samsung Galaxy S23 series in 2023. Samsung introduces world’s first 200MP ISOCELL HP1 sensor, new 50MP ISOCELL GN5 sensor with Dual Pixel Pro

After rumours, Samsung just announced ISOCELL HP1, the first 200MP image sensor with 0.64μm pixel sensor and 50MP ISOCELL GN5 that is the first image sensor to adopt all-directional focusing Dual Pixel Pro technology with two photodiodes in a single 1.0μm pixel. Both these support up to 8K 30fps, 4K 120fps and FHD 240fps video recording.
