After rumours, Google just announced the Google Pixel 5a 5G, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone and the successor to last year’s Pixel 4a 5G officially. It features a 6.34-inch FHD+ OLED display, compared to a 6.2-inch in the 4a 5G. It retains the Snapdragon 765G SoC with 5G SA/NSA, Titan M Security chip, 12.2MP rear camera, OIS along with a 16MP 107° Ultra-wide secondary camera, and an 8-megapixel camera on the front. Google Pixel 5a 5G with 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED 90Hz display, Snapdragon 765G said to launch on August 26

Back in April, Google confirmed that it will launch the Pixel 5a later this year, but said that it will be limited to US and Japan. A Bloomberg report from June revealed that the phone will launch in August. Now, a new report from FrontPage Tech reveals that the phone will be launched on August 26th ahead of Pixel 6 and 6 Pro launch in the fall.
