Moto Z Play, the company’s latest mid-range Moto Z series smartphone just went official. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 SoC and runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, laser autofocus, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that also has LED flash. Moto Z Play with Snapdragon 625, 3GB RAM gets certified in China

Moto Z Play (XT1635), a mid range smartphone in the new Moto Z series surfaced in Geekbench results recently, now the smartphone has been certified by TENAA in China. Even though earlier benchmark results confirmed Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 SoC and 3GB of RAM, this reveals a 5.5-inch 1080p display and also a similar design as the Moto Z with support for Moto Mods.
