According to the records at the U.S. Patent and Trademark office, it shows that the iPad trademark was recently assigned to Apple on March 17, 2010.

I just did a quick search for video of the Apple Tablet or iPad on Youtube and found the following videos. They don’t looks too convincing , they don’t disappoint either. Early rumors indicated that the Tablet will run on the iPhone OS and Apple has stopped releasing the updated version of iPhone Software to developers as it contains references to the Tablet in the code.
