Just yesterday, the U.S. government banned passengers from carrying electronics like tablets and laptops on inbound flights from 10 airports in the Middle East and Africa. Now, the UK has also announced a cabin baggage ban on laptops and tablets on direct flights to the UK from Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia. Samsung Galaxy Note7 flight ban lifted in India

The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has lifted the ban on using the latest Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone in flights. It has issued an advisory to the travelling public and airline companies to allow the usage of Note 7 smartphones, purchased after September 15.
