Many OEMs use advanced low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) OLED panels for their smartphones. Apple currently uses this tech only for Pro models and markets as ProMotion technology, and the standard iPhone and Plus model use low-temperature polycrystalline silicon (LTPS) tech.
