The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has launched a revamped version of the TRAI MyCall app for Android. The app enables telecom users to assess and report their voice call experience by submitting real-time feedback along with relevant network parameters. The feedback is shared with the respective Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) and TRAI in anonymised form, allowing operators to identify network issues and take corrective action.
