Xiaomi today introduced the Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Xiaomi Pad 8 for the global markets at the MWC 2026. After the event, Xiaomi has confirmed that the devices will launch in India on March 11th.
As usual, the company will also launch the photography kit for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. We can expect the 12GB + 512GB for the Xiaomi 17 and the 16GB + 512GB model for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra in India.
The Xiaomi 17 Indian version will get a 6300mAh battery compared to the slightly bigger 6330mAh battery in the European version. Other specifications will be the same as the global version.
Along with the Xiaomi Pad 8, the company will also launch accessories such as the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro and the keyboard. The Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro that has launched in Europe will not be coming to India.
The Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be sold on Mi.com, Amazon.in, and Xiaomi retail stores in India after the launch.
