BlackBerry PlayBook gets a new software update to version v2.0.1.358. This update offer enhancements and bug fixes. The BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 started rolling out at the end of February. The new update is about 346MB and is available for download Over the Air (OTA).
This update includes
- Browser enhancements to address performance with some websites
- Improvements to support Android apps
- Optimizations to Video Chat, PIM and BlackBerry Bridge applications
New users who purchases new PlayBook would get this update automatically during the setup process. Other users would get the notification in the status ribbon or they could update it manually in the Settings Menu, under Software Updates.
