
Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of REDMI Note 15 5G, the company’s next mid-range 5G smartphone in India on January 6th, 2026, after it was introduced in China back in August.

The company has confirmed 108MP main camera with OIS, compared to 50MP camera in the Chinese model, 4K video recording, Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC that promises 30% CPU and 10% GPU boost compared to the predecessor.
The phone will pack a 5520mAh battery with 45W fast charging, come with IP66 ratings for dust and splash resistance and pack a 6.77-inch FHD+ 120Hz display with up to 3200 nits peak brightness and TUV Triple Eye Care certification.
It is expected to run Android 15 with Xiaomi Hyper OS 2, come with In-display fingerprint sensor, Infrared sensor, Stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos.
The REDMI Note 15 5G will be sold on Amazon.in, in addition to mi.com and offline stores. The company is also teasing the REDMI Pad 2 Pro, so we can expect the tablet to launch in the country alongside the smartphone.
