vivo just introduced X300 and X300 Pro smartphones at an event in China, as it had promised. The Pro mini model is gone since the X300 now replaces it with powerful specs.
The vivo X300 has a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.05mm ultra-narrow bezels on all the sides. The X300 Pro retains the 6.78″ 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display, which as 1.1mm ultra-narrow bezels on all the sides. Both the phones use BOE Q10+ material, feature full-brightness DC dimming and 2160Hz PWM dimming, local peak brightness of 4500nit, minimum 1nit, and supports full-link Zeiss natural color management.
The phones are powered by the latest Dimensity 9500 SoC, which has scored over 4 million points on AnTuTu 11. These have up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB dual UFS 4.1 4Lane storage. The phones run Origin OS 6.0 based on Android 16. These have IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The X300 has a 200MP main camera with 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor, along with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 1/1.95″ LYT602 periscope telephoto camera with telemacro. The X300 Pro is the first phone to use a 50MP 1/1.28″ LYT828 main camera, has a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung HPB sensor for the 85mm periscope telephoto camera with telemacro. Both these feature a 50MP front camera.
There is Zeiss T* coating and APO certification for enhanced clarity and reduced fringing. The phones feature V3+ imaging chip, and the Pro model also has an additional VS1 chip. This time, both the phones support a Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter.
