Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has surfaced in the first set of CAD-based renders, after rumours, thanks to @OnLeaks. This shows a similar flat screen, sides and quad rear cameras as the S25 Ultra, but the camera deco is different.
Three cameras on the left are vertically aligned, inside the camera island which protrudes, and the fourth camera is now present next to the middle camera on the camera island that protrudes directly from the backplate. The LED flash and an additional cutout for sensors are present above the fourth camera.

The frame of the phone is completely flat, and the edges are curved towards the front and back so that it will be comfortable to hold.
The phone is said to measure 163.4 x 77.9 x 7.9mm (12.4mm including the camera bump), making it slightly thinner than the 8.2mm S25 Ultra, and also slightly taller even with the same 6.9-inch display.
Based on earlier rumours, the phone is said to retain the 5000mAh battery, but details about 60W wired fast charging are contradictory. The phone is said to feature Qi2.2 support with magnets. Rumours indicate Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, and up to 16GB RAM depending on the market.
We can expect the Galaxy S26 series to be introduced sometime in early 2026. We should know more details in the coming months.
