OnePlus launched the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 smartphones in online event yesterday. It also introduced a Magnetic Case for the phones that lets you attach the phone to magnetic stands and accessories, even though it doesn’t come with wireless charging support.
Magnetic Cases
The OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 Magnetic Cases come in five new designs for the CE5 and four for the Nord 5.

The Letter patten and Holy Flame case designs have been co-created with the members of the OnePlus Community, said the company.
OnePlus Magnetic Cable
OnePlus has also launched magnetic Type-C to Type-C and Type-C to Type-A cables. Since the cable has a magnetic design, you can effortlessly pull it out when in use, and neatly tuck it away when idle, keeping everything organized and easy to access, said the company.
The cable has 1.2m length and feature a high-density woven texture that promises exceptional durability, making it resistant to wear and built to last.
The Type-C to Type-C cable offers up to 10A and 100W SUPERVOOC superfast charging / PD 100W support and the Type-A to Type-C offers up to 12A and SUPERVOOC 120W Max superfast charging.
These are equipped with an E-marker smart chip to protect the devices from overload, and thickened pure copper cores ensure faster, safer charging.
