Samsung India has introduced its 2025 Bespoke AI appliance lineup, focusing on four core consumer benefits: Easy, Care, Save, and Secure.
Designed to simplify modern Indian homes, these smart appliances leverage Samsung’s AI Home interface, Bixby voice assistant with natural two-way communication, Samsung Knox security, and SmartThings connectivity for a hyper-personalized and secure experience.

Bespoke AI Laundry Combo
A space-saving all-in-one washer and dryer with AI Wash & Dry technology that senses fabric type, soil levels, and laundry weight to optimize cleaning and drying. It features heat pump drying that reduces drying time by up to 60% and energy use by 75%, with a Super Speed cycle completing wash and dry in 98 minutes.
The 7-inch AI Home display offers cycle control, energy reports, and appliance monitoring. Enhanced Bixby voice control, Flex Auto Dispense for detergent (up to 32 loads), and Auto Open Door for freshness complete the package. This model is UL Solutions ‘Diamond’ certified for IoT security.
Bespoke AI Refrigerator with AI Home
Equipped with AI Vision Inside, this fridge can recognize 37 fresh and 50 processed food items, track expiry dates, and suggest recipes. With its 9-inch AI Home display, the fridge becomes a smart control center for tasks, media, and appliance settings. Features include Auto Open Door, hands-free Bixby voice control, and SmartThings Energy monitoring.
Bespoke AI Double Door Refrigerator
Offers AI Energy Mode, SmartThings Home Care, Wi-Fi connectivity, and Twin Cooling Plus technology to keep food fresh longer. Convertible 5-in-1 modes and an Active Fresh Filter+ eliminate 99.99% of harmful bacteria.
Bespoke AI WindFree Air Conditioner
Provides comfortable cooling through 23,000 micro-holes without direct cold drafts. AI Energy Mode learns usage patterns to cut energy consumption by up to 30%, while AI Fast & Comfort Cooling ensures rapid, efficient temperature control.
Bespoke AI Top Load Washer
Features AI Wash to detect fabric type and weight for optimal settings, delivering 25% better fabric care. Technologies like Ecobubble, Hygiene Steam, Stain Wash, Super Speed, and SmartThings integration enhance washing performance.
Smart, Secure, and Inclusive
Samsung’s Bespoke AI appliances integrate Samsung Knox security with a multi-layered protection dashboard. Five products including the Laundry Combo and Family Hub earned UL’s ‘Diamond’ level IoT security certification. Universal design elements like Auto Open Door, accessible controls, screen readers, large fonts, and Bixby Voice ID support make these appliances easy to use for people with disabilities.
