Samsung India has introduced its Bespoke AI technology to its Top Load Washing Machine series after receiving a strong response for its Front Load AI models. The company said the new machines aim to bring smarter, more efficient laundry care to homes, focusing on fabric care, energy use, and ease of use.
AI Features and Intelligent Functions
The Top Load Washing Machines now come in four capacity options—8kg, 10kg, 12kg, and 14kg—designed to suit different household needs. The machines are available in Black Caviar, Lavender Gray, Deep Charcoal, and Brushed Navy, all chosen to suit modern interiors.
Each model is equipped with AI Wash, which uses three-step sensing to detect fabric type and weight. Based on this, the washer automatically suggests optimal settings and adjusts water level, agitation, and wash/rinse duration. Samsung noted this results in up to 25% better fabric care.

- SmartThings Integration: Supports remote cycle management, Bixby voice control, and Home Care assistance for easier control and maintenance.
Technology and Durability
Samsung said the Top Load models also include Digital Inverter Technology (DIT) for quieter operation and energy savings. The DIT motor uses strong magnets for efficient performance and comes with a 20-year warranty, which the company said reflects its durability promise.

The new washing machine range starts at Rs. 24,490 and is available via Samsung retail stores, Samsung.com, the Samsung Shop app, and major e-commerce platforms.
