vivo has confirmed the launch of vivo S30 and vivo S30 Pro mini smartphones in China on May 29th. It will also introduce the vivo Pad5, and vivo TWS Air 3 alongside.

Earlier: vivo is all set to introduce the S3o series smartphones as the successor to last year’s S20 series later this month. vivo China’s product VP Ouyang Weifeng has revealed details about the phones.

This time, there will be a new S30 Pro mini model with a 6.31″ flat screen and a huge, 6500mAh battery. This will replace the standard Pro model.
He also posted an image of the phone in blue colour next to the iPhone 16 Pro, revealing that the thickness of the phone will be similar to it. The image also shows a metal frame for the phone.
The vivo S30 on the other hand will feature a 6.67-inch flat screen, and will be ultra-thin and beautiful as ever, he added.
According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the S30 Pro mini will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9400e processor and the vivo S30 will be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (SM7750) SoC, replacing the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in older S18, S19 and S20 models.
The S30 will also get the same, 6500mAh battery, and the phones will also get a 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto camera, according to the leaker.
