Airtel launches mHealth – SMS based Health alerts


Airtel has launched mHealth, that offers SMS based Health alerts for its customers. These alerts are provided by mDhil Health Info Services Pvt Ltd & Zyebo (in collaboration with Indiagames & Gobindass). There are 14 SMS-based health packs to choose from that range from Rs 30 to Rs 49 based on the pack.

They offer different packs for different people in the family that include Women’s Healthtips (Female Teen health, Women Sexual Health and New Mothers Health), Men’s Health Pack (Male Teen Health) and  Disease Specific packs such as Cardiac Care, Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Dengue Fever, Swine 160, Typhoid and Blood Pressure.

There are also Lifestyle Packs for Stress Management,Weight & Diet and Beauty & Skin Care.

SMS Health to 54444 (toll free) and get the keyword of the pack and subscribe for the desired pack. You would get the alerts for 30 days at Rs 1 / day. To unsubscribe SMS “Unsub Keyword” (Eg Unsub SKIN) to 54444 (toll free) and you would not be charged for the particular pack from the next day.

You can also subscribe for multiple packs at the same time. SMS “MySub” to 54444 (toll free) to view the packs you have subscribed to.
