Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 43″ 4K 144Hz Mini-LED Gaming Monitor announced

Samsung has introduced Odyssey Neo G7 43″ (G70NC) in the Odyssey Neo G7 line-up, which the company says is the world’s first flat Mini-LED gaming monitor. The company unveiled Neo G7 32″ (G75NB) model last year.

The 43″ has 4K resolution (3,840 x 2,160) with VESA Display HDR600 and HDR 10+ certification. It brings Samsung’s Quantum Matrix Technology that uses Quantum Mini LEDs, for ultra-fine and precise control of the densely packed LEDs offering richer blacks, more expansive color expression and more detail for gaming.

The screen has 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms (MPRT) response time for extremely smooth and fast action gameplay and reduces stuttering. It also has AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support.

The Matte Display reduces light reflection on the screen, minimizing distractions during the most intense gaming sessions, said the company. The monitor has DisplayPort as well as HDMI 2.1 so that you can connect it to a gaming console. It also has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The Flex Move Screen allows users to adjust the screen size between 43- and 20-inches. Other features include Samsung Gaming Hub, an all-in-one game streaming discovery platform that allows instant access to games from partners such as Xbox and NVIDIA GeForce NOW.

In addition, the monitor offers a smart TV experience with apps from partners like Prime Video, Netflix and YouTube through Samsung Smart Hub.
