Infinix launched the Note 11 smartphone last year, and the Note 12 and Zero 5G phones earlier this year running Android 11. Now the company has confirmed that these phones will get beta versions of Android 12 update gradually in batches starting today.
To ensure a stable upgrade, the rollout will first happen through a Fan’s beta version, available for download for all. Check the key dates above for Zero 5G, Note 11 and Note 12 beta release. Post the beta, a full rollout of the optimized software will happen within 30 days.

The company said that the rollout will take place through a fan’s beta version from today, August 31st for Zero 5G and the first week of September on the Note 11 and Note 12 devices.
Post beta, Infinix is looking to finish the final rollout of the software update on all these models by the fourth week of September.
The Android 12 update will bring privacy and security improvements to all these Infinix devices. The company did not reveal any details about the roll out of Android 12 update for older devices.
