Samsung just announced Galaxy A22 5G, the company’s latest mid-range 5G smartphone and the Galaxy A22 in the ‘A series’ after several rumours. The Galaxy A22 5G packs a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with Infinity-V notch and 90Hz refresh rate, is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM, has a 48MP rear camera, 5MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP depth sensor.
The Galaxy A22 packs a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED screen with Infinity-U notch and 90Hz refresh rate, is powered by screen Helio G80 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM, has a 48MP rear camera, OIS, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP depth and a 2MP macro sensor. Both these feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, plastic back and a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging.

The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G comes in Gray, White, Mint and Violet colours and is priced at €229 (US$ 277 / Rs. 20,295 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version and the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs €249 (US$ 302 / Rs. 22,065 approx.). It will roll out in Europe starting from June.
