ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has launched Strix G15/G17 (G512/G712) and Strix Scar 15/17 (G532/G732) gaming laptops with 10th Gen Intel Core i7 H-Series processors in India. These feature custom intelligent cooling solutions, thoughtfully-designed backlit chiclet keyboard, Triple SSD storage solution, Faster RAM, Wi-Fi 6 and NanoEdge display.
The Strix G 15 and 17 and Strix Scar laptops feature up to 300Hz high refresh rate screen with 3 ms response time, DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, is configurable with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER GPU, comes with two NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSDs running in RAID 0 as well as third upgradable SSD slot that lets users have additional terabytes of space.
These come with a liquid metal compound from Thermal Grizzly that reduces the CPU temperature by up to 12° and provides 35% slow down when temperature increases so the laptop can reach and sustain its highest operating frequency. Other features include intelligent cooling that includes a chassis that is thoughtfully designed to accommodate effective fans and heatsinks, special liquid crystal polymer (LCP) fans with super-slim n-blades, anti-dust technology. Based on 12v fans (RTX2060 variant and above), 83 blades, 3D thermal features and a unique trapezioid cut, the laptop delivers an exceptional cooling mechanism which is also 4% quieter.
The ROG Strix G15 model comes with 5 isolated hot keys, a rollover N-key, and highlighted WASD keys. With 2.0 mm travel distance, 20 million key-press lifetime, 0.25 mm keycap curve and AURA Sync which lets you sync and customize light effects with gaming-mice, headset and other peripherals. The Strix Scar 15/17 also offers the new Keystone II which when attached to the computer.

- ASUS ROG Strix G17 (G712) (GPU : GTX1660Ti) starts at Rs. 1,04,990 and will be available from Amazon.in starting from Amazon from 3rd week of August.
- ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 (G532) (GPU: RTX2060) starts at Rs. 1,44,990 and will be available from 3rd week of September through offline channels/ AES & ROG stores.
- ASUS Strix Scar 17 (G732) will be available from September and pricing will be announced closer to the launch
