Xiaomi launches Mi NoteBook 14 with FHD display, 10th Intel core processors, sleek metal body in India starting at Rs. 41999


Xiaomi just launched its Mi Notebook 14, the company’s first laptop in India, as it had promised. It comes in 3 models, and the Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition has a 14 Full HD horizon display with 3mm bezels on the three sides and 91% screen-to-body ratio, while the normal version a 14-inch FHD screen has 81.2% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by 10th Gen Intel Core i5/i7 processor with 8GB of RAM, 2GB NVIDIA MX250/ 350  GPU options and 512GB SSD / M.2 NVMe SSD.

The notebook features A5052 aluminium and magnesium alloy body coated through a process of anodized sandblasting, which the company says is resistant to corrosion and abrasion. It has printed key text and scissor-switch keyboard mechanism with 1.3mm key travel, but it is not backlit, and it doesn’t have a dedicated number pad.

It has Mi Blaze unlock feature  that lets you unlock the laptop with Mi Band (3 & 4) when you bring them near the device, and the Mi Smart share allows you to transfer files easily between Android phones and the laptop. It has 46W battery that promises 10 hours of battery and 65w charger with fast charging that can charge from 0 to 50% in about 30 minutes.

Xiaomi said that the pricing for standard Mi Notebook 14 is only till July 16th as a part of inaugural offer. Since the laptop doesn’t come with a webcam, the company bundles an external webcam.
