HUAWEI launched the MediaPad M5 Lite with 8-inch display and MediaPad M6 with 8.4-inch 2K display recently. Expanding its lineup, today, HUAWEI has launched its MediaPad T5 in India. HUAWEI MediaPad T5 comes in two storage variants, anti-fall design, dual speakers and more.
HUAWEI MediaPad T5 sports a metal body, measures 243 x 164 x 7.6 mm, weighs 460g and flaunts a 10.1-inch FULL HD vivid display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. It is powered by the Octa-core Kirin 659 Series Chipset and comes in 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB storage options and the storage can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. It features dual speakers for an immersive sound along with ‘HUAWEI histen’ sound effect.
Regarding the optics, the MediaPad T5 sports a 5MP rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and 2MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture as well. It does not have a LED flash though. It runs on EMUI 8.0 on top of Android 8.0 Oreo and features a 5100 mAh battery. The connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, GPS. It also features a dedicated ‘Children’s Corner’ preinstalled where users can set limits to their child’s usage and customize the content available. There is also an eye-comfort mode offering a comfortable reading experience for users.

HUAWEI MediaPad T5 comes in Black colour and is priced at Rs. 14,990 for the 2GB RAM with 16GB storage option and Rs. 16,990 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage option.
