OnePlus 7 Pro said to feature Quad HD+ AMOLED 90Hz display, 4000mAh battery; CEO says it will be ‘Fast and Smooth’

After a recent leak that revealed a 6.64-inch screen, a new leak reveals that the OnePlus 7 Pro will come with a Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, 4000mAh battery, slightly bigger than the 3700mAh battery on the OnePlus 6T along with a 30W Warp Charge that made its debut in the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition.

It also reveals that the phone will feature stereo speakers and the phone will launch simultaneously in New York, UK and Bengaluru on May 14th.

OnePlus CEO Pete Lau just posted a teaser that shows a curved design hinting at the no-notch design for the phone, along with the caption ‘Fast and Smooth’. He also said that it will unleash a new era of Fast and Smooth and added that it will be a true test of hardware and software. ‘Smoooth’ also reveals triple rear cameras, as rumored earlier.

He already confirmed in an interview that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 SoC, but will lack wireless charging. We should know more details soon.
