Xiaomi sells over 6 lakh Redmi Note 3 units in India in 60 days

Xiaomi has announced that it has sold over 6 lakh Redmi Note 3 units in India just under 60 days. Hugo Barra, global VP, Xiaomi has revealed the latest achievement on Twitter.

The Chinese smartphone maker had launched the Redmi Note 3 in the country in March. Barra is calling this milestone as “biggest record yet”. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 comes in Dark Grey, Silver and Champagne Gold colors and is priced at Rs. 9,999 for the 2GB RAM with 16GB storage version, while the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage variant costs Rs. 11,999.

The phone has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen and is powered by a Hexa-Core Snapdragon 650 processor. It has a metal body, hybrid dual SIM support with 4G on both, fingerprint sensor on the back. There is a 16MP rear camera with PDAF, dual-tone LED Flash and 5MP front facing camera.
