Xiaomi Mi Max 2 MIUI 9 stable update starts rolling out in India [Update – Download links]

Update: After the Redmi Note 4, MIUI 9 Global Stable update is now rolling out for the Mi Max 2. You can download the zip file from here or just get the OTA zip file from here (MIUI 8.5.9.0 to 9.0.1.0) and flash it manually, if you don’t have the update yet.

Xiaomi is all set to introduce global MIUI 9 ROM at an event in India on November 2nd. We already told you the company will roll out global MIUI 9 stable ROM for range of smartphones from November. Today the company has started rolling out the MIUI 9 (V9.0.1.0.NDDMIEI)
OTA update for the Mi Max 2 as nightly build, which Xiaomi calls beta Stable release before the final update. Check out the changelog below.

New – Quick ball goes back to the edge after 3 seconds of inactivity (08-30)

The update is 536MB in size and is available for select users randomly. Stable build is expected to roll out for all the users soon after the test is complete.
