Nokia X3-02 India Price and Launch Date

The Nokia X3-02 which is a Touchscreen variant of the X3 was launched today . Nokia is calling the handset X3 Touch and Type. The price and launch date of the handset has been revealed. But India is missing from the initial launch countries.

The initial launch markets are  China, Ireland & UK, Russia, Australia & New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Spain & Portugal, France, Mexico and Saudi & Yemen according to Nokia Conv . It will be launched in other markets later. If Nokia wants to compete in India with brands like Micromax and Spice, they need to launch such handsets soon.

UPDATE: This phone will eventually come to India.The launch markets for the device are Africa, Asia-Pacific, BRAZIL, CHINA, Eurasia, Europe, INDIA, Latin America, Middle East, SEAP

Nokia X3-02 Price

The handset will go on sale this quarter and will be available a price of 125 Euros or roughly Rs.7500 approx excluding taxes.

    wrong price, nokia can never compete with this price tag for these phones its price should arround 5000 to compete with.local manufacturers. nokia should target the people living in towns n villages with low price to regain the lost market. In my opinion nokia should lauch some touch screen gphones with 8gb memory card n good sound quality with price between rs4000-5000. and its not impossible. it will be big slap on chinese phone makers. nokia will be the king again.

    i second that…the price of this phone doesn’t help Nokia’s cause much..the only reason they’re still holding on to the mobile market is because of low end devices…if they don’t move wisely then they are in big trouble..

    I Like this phone and nokia should launch in india also with european countries as nokia’s latest phone are not competing with other brands such as samsung,lg. They are pricing very well so i request to nokia the price will be around 5k to 6k so every people will go for this phone as i must buy this phone whenever this phone has beeb comes to india

    NOKIA if you are reading this so let me tell you; you must lauch this as soon as possible in India first and at price somewhere 5500/- (+/- 500) because Chinese handsets are every where in market and this set is perfect but if you want 50 % market share so following my rule.

    it is a nice phone, but the other day i visited some mobile stores samsung mobile are giving still better options for low prices than nokia except for the batary backup so if nokia has to stand in india strongly it has to launch models like this immediately and grab its reputation.

    Actually, I wanna point something out and its that the phone was launched today in LEBANON and it was pretty good.
    Btw…there was a draw and I was one of the lucky winners so I’m trying out the phone right now. :)

    This phone is still not launched in India (stupid of Nokia). If you are desperate then you can probably buy if from ebay.in. Some of these guys have started imports and are selling it for about 11K Rs.

    Hi….got this phone from UK…worked fine for 3 days….and it was dead yesterday…..had to go to nokia care today…..they updated software for Rs 210……………..I think nokia need to upgrade the software before launching in India…

    It is my sincere request to all the buyer, don’t buy nokia x3-02 model because the touchscreen is not functioning well,You have to go nokia care again and again but ur problem will not resolve by nokia care.
