OnePlus 2 – AnTuTu video surfaces, Invite registration opens, VR launch app goes live

OnePlus 2 AnTuTu leak

OnePlus 2 launch is just a few days away. We already know most of the specifications of the smartphone. Now a variant of the smartphone, ONE A2001 has surfaced in a AnTuTu video in China that shows the smartphone with a physical home button, similar to the smartphone spotted at TENAA. This reveals a score of 49,221, which is less than other smartphones powered by a Snapdragon 810. This runs on Android 5.1.1-based H2OS, a version of Oxygen OS for China, which might not be optimized. It also shows 4GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and a 1080p display.

OnePlus already announced that OnePlus 2 will have about 30 to 50 times the number of invites they had last year for the OnePlus One. Now it has started taking registrations that will give you a chance to get an invite if any are left unused. You can register for an invite here. This is the global invite for purchase from the official website. Indian users can register for an invite here. As usual an invite needs to be claimed within 24 hours after you receive it. When an invite expires, the corresponding OnePlus 2 is allocated to someone else waiting for an invite.
