OnePlus 2 gets certified in China, image shows home button and laser AF

OnePlus 2 TENAA

OnePlus 2 has finally been certified on TENNA (Via) in China, which shows the image of the upcoming smartphone. This reveals a home button below the display, which is likely to have fingerprint sensor, as the company confirmed earlier. There is a laser auto focus on the back for the camera along with a dual-tone flash. It also shows the same sandstone finish on the back, but the company will sell style swap covers separately.

OnePlus already said that the fingerprint sensor will be faster than Apple’s TouchID. It is said to feature a 13-megapixel rear camera. The display size and resolution has not been revealed by TENAA. We already know that the OnePlus 2 will come with improved Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 SoC, feature a USB Type-C connector, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, dual SIM support and a 3300mAh battery.

The OnePlus 2 will be announced on July 27th at 7:00 PM PT (July 28th 7:30 AM IST) in a virtual reality event. OnePlus has also scheduled a separate event in India on July 28th, where it is expected to reveal the price and availability for India.
