After rumours, Nothing co-founder Carl Pei has confirmed to Input Mag that the Nothing Phone (1) will be powered by Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. The Snapdragon 778G is one of the most popular mid-range SoC, and the 778G+ is an overclocked version that was introduced last year is present only in few phones. Last week, Nothing posted live images of the Nothing Phone (1) that revealed multiple LEDs. YouTuber Marques Brownlee posted a video today that revealed the use cases of those LEDs on the back. After posting teasers of parts of the phone’s back earlier this week, Nothing has posted the full rear image of the most expected Nothing Phone (1). This shows dual rear cameras arranged vertically, along with a flash on the side. The phone has a transparent back, and the design looks similar to the case of Nothing ear (1) in white colour. After teasers and rumours, Nothing has confirmed the launch of its most expected Nothing phone (1) smartphone globally and in India on July 12th 8:30 PM IST in a Nothing (event): Return to Instinct. This will be the company’s second device after the launch of Nothing ear (1). Nothing is the startup founded by Carl Pei of OnePlus fame which has managed to win several high-profile investors and is headquartered in London where the launch event is taking place next month.
