AMD unveiled its latest advancements in computing technology today at COMPUTEX 2022, showcasing its latest advancements in high-performance computing, after teasing it earlier this year at the CES. AMD and Qualcomm to optimize FastConnect for Ryzen processors

Qualcomm and AMD have signed a partnership to contribute to the optimization of Qualcomm’s FastConnect system on AMD Ryzen processor-based computing platforms. With FastConnect’s platform, the two companies want to give IT administrators Wi-Fi management tools through AMD PRO processors, which are part of the company’s corporate technology portfolio. AMD RX 6650 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6950 XT GPUs announced

AMD revealed new graphics cards in the Radeon RX 6000 series today, touting better game clocking as well as memory. The RX 6650 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6950 XT are three new GPUs in the Radeon RX 6000 series. The latest cards, like the rest of the RX 6000 series, feature RDNA 2, the same graphics architecture as the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, or Steam Deck. AMD Radeon RX 6700XT Overview

AMD launched the Radeon RX 6700XT GPU back in March 2021 as part of their Radeon 6000-series graphics cards. These new cards feature AMD’s RDNA 2 architecture, and they are the first from AMD to have hardware ray-tracing capabilities. AMD Ryzen Pro 6000 series processors for laptops announced

AMD’s Ryzen PRO series, based on the Zen3+ architecture, was first announced at CES 2022 and is now available for purchase. The Ryzen PRO 6000 series will have up to 8 cores and 16 threads, with a 4.9 GHz clock speed. This would be the new Ryzen mobile processor generation for educational and business laptops. AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor with 3D V-Cache priced at $449; New Ryzen Zen 2 and Zen 3 processors announced

Earlier this year, AMD unveiled the Ryzen 7 5800X3D desktop processor, which is their first processor to feature their 3D V-Cache technology. The processor is going on sale from April 20th, and along with it, AMD has introduced 6 new SKUs  that will join the ‘Zen 3’ and ‘Zen 2’ family of processors.

AMD completes acquisition of semiconductor company Xilinx

AMD has announced the completion of their acquisition of American semiconductor manufacturing company Xilinx, as the deal has received regulatory approval. The acquisition will expand AMD’s portfolio of products in the industry, and it will also double the number of employees under AMD in India.

AMD has launched Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics cards for the desktop, capable of 1080p gaming in India, after it was introduced at the CES earlier this month. It is built using TSMC 6nm process technology, uses AMD RDNA 2 gaming architecture and offer high-bandwidth, low-latency AMD Infinity Cache memory technology and high-speed GDDR6 memory. AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D with 3D V-Cache announced; Ryzen 7000 series ‘Zen 4’ 5nm CPU with DDR5, PCIe 5.0, AM5 platform in H2 2022

After teasing back in October, AMD today introduced the Ryzen 7 5800X3D, the company’s first desktop processor with AMD 3D V-Cache technology. It is still based on “Zen 3” core architecture, and the company claims that it is the world’s fastest gaming processor that offers an average of 5% faster 1080p gaming across select titles than the competition. MediaTek and AMD unveil AMD RZ600 Series Wi-Fi 6E Modules for laptops and PCs

AMD has partnered with MediaTek to unveil their newest Wi-Fi solution, called the AMD RZ600 Series Wi-Fi 6E modules. It features the MediaTek Filogic 330P chipset inside and is designed to power the next-generation AMD Ryzen-series laptop and desktop PCs starting 2022 onwards.

AMD unveils EPYC ‘Genoa’ CPUs with up to 96 Zen 4 cores and ‘Bergamo’ CPUs with up to 128 Zen 4c cores

Yesterday, AMD announced a number of new processors in their server lineup of EPYC CPUs. The 4th generation of EPYC processors will come in two segments – one codenamed ‘Genoa’ with up to 96 Zen 4 cores, and another codenamed ‘Bergamo’ with up to 128 Zen 4c cores. Along with this, AMD also announced first exascale-class GPU accelerators called AMD Instinct MI200 series accelerators.

AMD Radeon RX 6600 RDNA-2 based GPU with 8GB DDR6 memory announced
