Facebook is working hard to develop their Messenger Rooms, which is a feature that can be used to connect to people over video. In the latest 2.2019.6 WhatsApp Web update, Messenger Rooms appears to be in development to be integrated in as a shortcut.

WhatsApp has silently updated WhatsApp on the Web with several new features. First spotted by Android Police, WhatsApp Web now lets you change your profile photo by uploading an image, capturing an image and set it as a profile photo if you have a webcam or remove the profile photo.
