Uber has slashed uberGO rates by up to 22% in 10 cities – Pune (15%), Ahmedabad (17%), Jodhpur (22%), Udaipur (22%), Ajmer (18%), Indore (9%), Nagpur (9%), Vizag (16%), Mangalore (20%), Trivandrum (18%). Uber had slashed rates of low-cost uberX and its cheapest uberGO service across India last year, later it increased the rates due to service tax changes. Uber slashes fares by up to 40% across India

Uber has slashed fares for the low-cost uberX and its cheapest uberGO service across India. uberBLACK has also received a price cut in some cities. Some cities get 25% price cut and some get 30%, 35% and even 40% price cut. Base fare is somewhat the same in most cities, but cos per kilometer has been reduced drastically.
