Swipe Telecom launched Swipe Konnect 5.0, the company’s first Android smartphone in the Konnect running Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) last week for Rs. 8999. Today the company has announced that it has started rolling out Android 4.4 (KitKat) update for the smartphone. Swipe has launched Swipe Konnect 5.0, the company’s latest smartphone in new Konnect series. It has a 5-inch ( 960 ×540 pixels) qHD capacitive touch screen IPS display based on one-glass-solution, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with OmniVision sensor, LED flash and a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with dual SIM support and 3G connectivity.
