Samsung launches Galaxy Forever Program in India with 50% payment and yearly upgrade option

Samsung India has introduced the Galaxy Forever Program, a purchase plan for its flagship Galaxy smartphones. The program allows customers to pay 50% of the device price through 12 interest-free monthly installments. It also includes Samsung Care+ protection worth Rs. 13,999, covering accidental and liquid damage. Samsung Galaxy S series smartphone sales surpass 100 million units globally

Samsung has announced that the combined sales (supply chain) of the Samsung Galaxy S, the Galaxy S2 and the Galaxy S3 has crossed 100 million globally. The combined sales of the Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy S2 crossed 50 million back in June 2012. The Samsung Galaxy S was introduced back in May 2010, and it took 2 years and 7 months for the S series phones to reach 100 million sales mark.
