Samsung Galaxy A90 5G with 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED Infinity-U display, Snapdragon 855, 8GB RAM, triple rear cameras announced

Samsung just announced the Galaxy A90 5G (SM-A905G), the company’s first 5G phone ‘A series’, after several rumors. It packs a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display, is powered by Snapdragon 855 combined with Qualcomm’s X50 modem for 5G connectivity and up to 8GB of RAM, runs Android Pie with Samsung One UI, packs a 48-megapixel primary rear camera along with an 8-megapixel 123° ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The camera features AI capabilities such as Super Steady, Scene Optimizer and Flaw Detector, and is also a 32-megapixel front camera with Live Focus Mode.

Samsung SM-A908 and SM-A905 with Snapdragon 855, triple rear cameras, in-display fingerprint scanner surfaces; could be Galaxy A90

Samsung launched the Galaxy A80 smartphone with Snapdragon 730G and a rotating camera couple of months back. The successor to this smartphone, probably the A90 was rumoured to be launched as a part of new R-series. But, according to new reports, Samsung is said to be working on smartphones with model number SM-A908 and SM-A905 and is most likely to be the Galaxy A90 under the A-series itself, instead of a new R-series.

Samsung to introduce new Galaxy A Series phones on April 10, Galaxy A90, A40 and Galaxy A20 expected

Samsung just scheduled an event on April 10th to introduce new Galaxy A Series smartphones in Bangkok, Milan, and Sao Paulo. It says that the new Galaxy A devices are designed for the way we communicate in the Era of Live. The company is expected to introduce Galaxy A90, Galaxy A40 and Galaxy A20 / A20e smartphones that surfaced recently on its UK website recently.
