Airtel has slashed the 2G data rates up to 90 percent on select plans for pre-paid customers in Punjab and Haryana, reports The Times of India. This comes after Vodafone’s move to cut 2G data rates up to 80% for the Pay as you Go (PAYG) in Karnataka, UP West and Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh circles for both pre-paid and post-paid customers.
