Aircel launched STD calling pack in Delhi last month. Now they have launched a new packs called Fuccha Pack in in Delhi, aimed at college students. This offers discounted voice calls, data and text services. This pack is available at First Recharge of Rs. 149. It offer 333 local & STD calls, Aircel to Aircel (Local) at 10p/min, Aircel to Other (Local and STD calls) at 50p/min, free 1500 local and national SMS, 1GB of 2G data.
