realme has announced a new licensing partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to launch the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition in India and global markets.
The release marks the brand’s latest venture into entertainment-themed hardware, following an earlier collaboration on the realme 15 Pro Game of Thrones Limited Edition.

The special-edition device incorporates visual elements and themes from the Harry Potter franchise into the hardware and software interface of the realme 16 Pro 5G. Alongside custom industrial design details referencing the wizarding franchise, the device features a dedicated co-branded logo developed jointly by the two companies.
The release aligns with realme’s broader product strategy of leveraging high-profile pop culture intellectual property (IP) across its core Number Series. By pairing mid-tier smartphone hardware with established international franchises, the consumer electronics manufacturer seeks to differentiate its offerings in competitive markets and appeal directly to distinct fan communities.
Detailed retail pricing, specific regional availability, and complete hardware specifications for the Harry Potter Edition are expected to follow soon.
Regarding this, Xu Qi (Chase Xu), Vice President and CMO of realme, said:
This collaboration marks a significant step in our journey to make technology more joyful and meaningful. Working with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products on a product inspired by Harry Potter allows us to create experiences that empower young people to discover their own magic. We are thrilled to invite fans worldwide to embrace the magic of Hogwarts and make their dreams real.
