Lenovo Vibe X vs HTC One

Lenovo announced the Vibe X, the company’s latest flagship smartphone at the IFA 2013, and the HTC One is the company’s latest flagship smartphone that was released earlier this year. The Lenovo Vibe X is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor, while the HTC One is powered by a Snapdragon 600 chip clocked at 1.7 GHz with Adreno 320 GPU. We managed to do a quick hands-on comparison of these devices. Check out the hands on comparison below.

The Lenovo Vibe X has a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display at 441ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and the HTC One has a 4.7-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display with 468ppi pixel density with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection.

The Vibe X has a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED Flash with 1080p Full HD video recording, but lacks OIS, while the HTC One comes with a 4MP Ultrapixel camera with 1080p video recording and OIS. The Vibe X comes with a 5MP front-facing camera and the HTC One has a 2MP front camera.

The HTC One has aluminium build with non-removable 2300 mAh battery, while the Vibe X has polycarbonate body with a 2000 mAh battery. The Vibe X is just 6.9mm thick and weighs just 121 grams, but the HTC One is 9.3mm thick and weighs 143 grams.

The HTC One is already available in several countries, and the Lenovo Vibe X would be available in China starting in October and would roll out in range of  countries where Lenovo smartphones are being sold, starting from December, excluding Europe.
