Nokia has announced the Asha 210, the company’s new phone in the Asha series with a dedicated WhatsApp button. This is the world’s first phone to have a dedicated WhatsApp button. Nokia released the Asha 205, a QWERTY phone with a dedicated button to access Facebook. It has a 2.4-inch (240 x 320 pixels) 65k color display, a QWERTY keyboard. It has Slam feature to share multimedia content like photos, music and videos with nearby friends instantly. It has a 2MP rear camera with dedicated camera key. It has Self-portrait and option to share photos easily straight from the camera application to your social networks.

Other features include, GPRS/EDGE, WiFi, 802.11 b/g. 2.0 mm Charger Connector, Bluetooth v2.1 with EDR, 3.5 mm audio jack and expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD. It would also come in dual SIM version. The Dual SIM version would have Dual SIM Easy Swap technology with dedicated SIM manager that lets you switch SIM cards without switching off the device. It packs a 1200 mAh battery. Nokia promises up to 46 days standby with the Single SIM model and up to 24 days with Dual SIM.

It would come with Top game titles like Bejeweled and Fifa 13 available for download for free from Nokia Store. It has Nokia Xpress Browser and comes pre-loaded with Facebook, Twitter and support for email accounts.

The Nokia Asha 210 comes in yellow, cyan, black, magenta, and white colors and would retail for around US$72 (Rs. 3900) without taxes and subsidies. It is expected to go on sale in Q2 2013.
